In trying to change my eating habit and lifestyle, I have been eating more and more vegetable and fruits. And the latest addition to my veggie "friends" is the okra. I usually prepare it like the on the photo above. It's boiled and mixed with fresh tomato, soya sauce and prawn chili paste. Voila! I got myself a very delicious and nutritious food! It's very filling and I think I am addicted to this recipe. My recipe. Hahaha!! From Wikipedia: 100g - 30 calories It is a good source of Protein, Niacin, Iron, Phosphorus, Zinc and Copper, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Folate, Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium and Manganese. And there you have it. It's low in calorie but loaded with all the good stuff. Go and boil some okra now! LOL

Here's my newest favorite food: Okra. Don't laugh. It really is very yummy. I used to dislike this vegetable but recently it has changed my mind.
