Update project weight loss

To be honest, I don't know how much I weigh now. I think I last weighed myself almost two months ago already before my son broke my weighing scale.

Since then, I haven't tracked my weight loss or gain for that matter.

After two trips to Manila (one a proper vacation and the other a business-sort trip), I was sure I gained some weight. I just don't know how much.

But I am back to my routine now - skipping rope for 20 minutes, stretching, walking. I have also controlled my eating. I am actually eating more steamed veggies now than ever.

After two weeks of being good and following my routines, I am confident that I have lost the weight that I have gained. My clothes fit perfectly now.

Since I don't have a weighing scale, I bought a measuring tape to measure my tummy. More than the weight, I now plan to lose some more inches on my tummy. My target is a 4-inch loss.

Let's see how I do after three months.
