Dance class report

So I did go to my street jazz class last night. I almost didn't go because I had butterflies in my stomach. LOL!

The class was held in a new and shushal place called The Place. The dance studio is located on the 6th floor of the building. I was very early so I tried reading newspaper. But deep inside I was nervous and excited. But more on the nervous side! So I tried ordering their "Starbucks" coffee. They said they sell real starbucks coffee but they are not fanchisee. Whatever. I had latte.

Anyway, when the time came I went inside the dance studio. I was the fourth student! Konti lang pala namin.

We started with stretching and some exercises before starting the dance routine.

Street jazz looked like hip hop to me. The moves were like hip hop. I don't know if it was a hip hop class I was attending. All I know was I signed up for a street jazz.

Either way, it was very difficult on my very stiff body! I thought I knew how to dance. I used to be a dancer way back in high school. I even thought I was good.

But last night, it proved me wrong. I couldn't dance. I was awkward and a passable at best. LOL!!!

Funnily enough, I was enjoying myself even if I didn't look good dancing. Hahaha!!! So I am still going back there next week.
