I believe I will always have a battle with the bulge all through my life. I am not complaining, I am just saying. But it doesn't mean I have to give up the fight.
I love to eat. I cannot resist and will not resist food. But now, I know how to fight the bulge. I do exercise everyday.
I maybe not skinny thin but I am happy with my weight. Although a few more pounds off will make me extra happy. LOL!
I've discovered that the best fat burners are the cardiovascular exercises. Getting the flab off your tummy cannot be done simply with sit-ups or crunches. You have to burn the fat first by doing heart-pumping activities like running, jumping rope, etc.
I have been running on the treadmill for several days now and I still haven't seen any result on my tummy. I think I need to run longer and faster.
