TFC for The Filipino Channel.
I was really surprised to find out that there's a TFC here in Phnom Penh! I didn't think there would be one because I never expected there'd be a lot of Filipinos here.
Okay, I am just assuming that there are many Filipinos here. Why would the cable company subscribe to TFC if there are only a handful of Filipinos living here, right?
Whatever the reason, I am glad there's TFC.
Now I can watch The Buzz every Sunday. LOL!

:) there are a lot of Pinoys here in PP. I was surprised at first but when I first attended the Catholic Mass in World Vision, there are lots of Pinoys there. And the choir are mostly Filipino.
Even in internet cafes, Pinoys are well-known :) We also have several Filipino restaurants around..
@pinaywifespeaks - it's really surprising isn't it? i wouldn't think it's a popular filipino expat destination.
we've been to bistro lorenzo. have you eaten there?=)
Last time I heard from the Embassy, there are more than 2thousand Pinoys. It's not clear whether sa PP lang ito or buong Cambodia. Most Pinoys/Pinays work in the garments, and hotel and entertainment sectors, sabi nila. But of course, marami rin sa development at education sectors.
Check out Ate Helen's Restaurant in Norodom Blvd., south of the Independence Monument and just across Mali's Restaurant. Typical Pinoy karinderya at Davaoena ang may-ari.
wow ang dami palang pinoy dito..hehe.
we've had dinner in mali's already. next time hanapin namin yung ate helen's resto naman.
thanks for the tip zarah! =)
