Treadmill diary

I started going to our building's mini gym last week. Or basically, since we moved here. I have been quite diligent using the treadmill and though I don't see any result yet, I feel good.

I know I have gained weight after our Bali Trip. I have been careless with my eating and haven't exercised much. I don't know exactly how much weight I've gained but I know I have gained because I look "healthier" in my recent photos. LOL!

Last week, I have been taking it easy on the treadmill. But this week I worked hard.

Monday - I did 16 laps alternating jogging and walking on the treadmill.

Tuesday - Jogged/Walked for 45 mins on the treadmill and stayed 15 mins on the stepper

Wednesday - I did 20 laps on the treadmill. It's equivalent to 75 mins!

Thursday - I stayed 60 mins on the treadmill again.

Tomorrow I plan to stay for 75 minutes again on the treadmill. I haven't been doing jumping rope exercises because it's noisy and it would wake up EJ. In KL, I was able to do it because our place was carpeted.

Hopefully on my birthday, I'd look better. Hahaha!!!
