I am faced with the same dilemna almost three years ago: to work or not to work.
My friend here in PP said that they have an opening in their department and asked me if I am interested to join. I said yes immediately without thinking.
Now that I have time to think about it, I am having doubts.
What if I won't be accepted? Disappointment.
What if I won't be home during the weekends? Regret.
What if this is the right job for me? Regret.
There are so many things I need to consider. I need to weigh the pros and the cons. My personal satisfaction or my family's welfare. Ahh to be a woman, a mother and a wife at the same time!
Maybe I should just go into business?

hi there, that's the same dilemna I am in right now! *sigh* Got a good government job here in manila but thinking about us being all together there in PP, hirap...maybe need to sacrifice my job here if they will not give me another year of leave just like what I got last year! :) business is a good idea but invest wisely...I am sure you'll do fine whatever path you choose! sabi nga, there's no harm in trying, sometimes we need to risk things to get better one...goodluck my dear!
