This place is making me fat. I swear!
I know I have been eating recklessly for more than a couple of months now, with only a minimum of exercise, but I never expected to gain 4kgs!
It's all my fault of course. Even my trusty and reliable jumping rope can't help me anymore. I put in more calories than I care to burn.
Ugh!
I need a motivation! I need something to jumpstart losing weight again. I need apatrim!
No more afternoon snacks for me. No more banana cue, no more ginataang halo-halo, no more homemade donuts, no more sugary filipino snacks for me.
Yes to fruits and more fruits!
