I have lost three kgs in three week's time! I am very happy. I didn't think I'd hit my target last Thursday. But I did. Yay!
And I have lost an inch around my waist too.
I have been doing a lot of exercises. I usually vary my exercises everyday so it wouldn't become, well, a routine.
But here's my usual exercises: running on the treadmill, skipping rope, basic yoga, stretching exercises, and different toning exercises which I got from the internet.
My target is to lose 3-4 kgs in 4 weeks. I think I can make it.
I've read that when you develop/tone your muscles your metabolism works faster. It's a myth that to tone your muscles, you'd have to lose the fat first.
From all the reading I have done about workouts, losing weight, food that help torch the fat I feel like I know everything I need to know to be fit, toned and well sexy. LOL!
