I'd like to think that my shoulders and thighs are a bit toned now. I have been doing toning exercises for the past couple of weeks.
I asked hubby and he said it looks the same to him. Ugh! This was taken just last night at our rooftop.
Okay, so my weight is like a yoyo. Six weeks ago, I had lost more than 2kgs. When I went home to the province, I gained it all back.
Right after we arrived here, I went to work immediately. I cut on my food intake, did interval exercise everyday and worked on toning and defining my muscles.
Two weeks have passed and I have lost 2 kgs again. But the important thing is that I think my jiggly arms are not so jiggly anymore. And my thighs look a little toned.
Well, it could all be psychological. I mean I work my butts off and it's making me think it is actually working. LOL!
But whatever, I will continue doing these exercises. Hopefully, two weeks from now the result will be visible. Not just to me but to other people as well. LOL!
