Torch the fat

Fruits are my friends especially when I want to go on a healthy "diet".

There's always an apple, papaya (for my colon cleanse), and banana on the table whenever I start my diet.

This time though there's an addition to the bunch: oranges. I can live without oranges. I am not really a big fan. But eversince I've read an article about how oranges can help dieters lose weight, I've become a big fan.

Apparently, oranges contain fat-torching compounds called flavones. Yay!

It helps that the oranges I have bought lately are really sweet and yummy. It makes eating such a treat!

Hurrah for yummy fruits that helps me lose weight. LOL!
