Losing little

I think I am reaching another plateau in weight loss. I have been losing little weight since last week. But so far I have lost 3.4kgs already. It's not so bad.

I have been reading articles about this stage in losing weight and it advices people to change routine or do some "active" rest from the current workout. Meaning instead of working out at the gym, you could try yoga or do some fun stuff like swimming or playing your favorite sports.

That's what I did yesterday. I played tennis with hubby in the morning and played bowling in the afternoon. It was so fun it didn't feel like exercising. But of course. LOL!

Oh and I think I should take vitamin c and iron supplements again. They may not be the best diet supplements but they're what I need.

I am hoping to lose at least 1lb this week and of course tone my arms and tummy.
