These first two exercises are called plyometric. They are said to burn 10 calories per minute. I tried these and they really suck out my breath.
These remaining three are fast ab toning exercises. I have been doing these for two weeks now. And I feel the muscles around my abs are tightening. Really. Hahaha!!!
