I thought I have lost weight because I have been busy than ever. But when I stepped on my weighing scale this morning, horrors!!!
I have gained 1.5kg. How could this happen? Arrrrrgg.
I have been moving around a lot these past weeks. There's an hour of exercise every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. There's 75 minutes of yoga every Tuesday and Thursday. And then there's an hour of tennis game every Saturday.
And I have been eating the same amount of rice, half a cup every meal. Where did I go wrong?
I am really frustrated. And at times like these, I think of choosing from the safe diet pills I've read sometime ago. A quick fix.
But is it what I want?
Naaahh. I really want to be healthy, fit and strong. Just like my yoga teacher. If only.......sigh.
I guess I should cut back on my snacks. Speaking of which, I have been having snacks everyday twice a day. Oh no! I guess that is the culprit.
From now on, no more blueberry muffins and frappes until I lose at least 2kgs. And I should make eating blueberry muffins a treat not an everyday thing.
