I need to be taking my vitamins seriously!
Since January of this year, I have been sick twice already! My immune system must be really so low because I easily catch a flu. And I hate it.
Hubby doesn't get sick easily nor does my son. We eat the same food. I may even eat more vegetables and fruits than them. So why do I get sick easily?
Is it because I stress myself too much? Or my body really needs more vitamins than them?
I remember I had a shot of flu vaccine last year and yet I still had the flu? So what really gives?
Whatever it is, I am going to take my vitamin C everyday from now on. Let's see if I still get the flu, colds or cough easily.
I don't want to get sick always. Being sick makes me lazy. Lazy means no exercise. No exercise means I gain weight. Gaining weight means I crave for more food. And you know what happens next.
Right now, I have gained weight considerably. It's not even funny anymore.
I promise to be healthy and fit from now on.
Next week, I am getting my sexy back plus my health.
