I was chatting with my former boss in Facebook the other night. She's somehow updated with my life because of the status update. I don't post as much but I guess if you put two and two, you would have an idea what's going on.
We're here in Singapore mainly for my son's medical checkup. The fun part like going to Universal Studio and shopping in Orchard are but incidentals.
Just because something happen, doesn't mean life has to stop. And besides, laughter or happiness is the best medicine, right?
So anyway, my former boss said I shouldn't get sick. True. That's why I have been taking daily multi vitamins for over two months now. And would you believe, I haven't had any colds or cough or flu since?
I easily get sick. And I am amazed and thankful that with the stress I had to deal, I am perfectly fine day in and day out these past couple of months.
I am currently taking the generic vitamin c and iron supplements. I am thinking of adding calcium and folic acid. What do you think? Maybe vitamin E also for my skin.
Of course, I have to eat healthy too. But this one is a bit tricky and difficult. With so many instant food these days, I easily give in to temptations. Sigh.
Prevention is better than cure. I really need to get that in my head.
But at least I am taking in supplements. That counts somehow. LOL!
