I don't know if this is allergy again. I have this red patch of rashes around my right hand. It's really itchy. I haven't seen the doctor because it doesn't look serious. Hahaha!!!
My last allergy was expensive. I also thought it wasn't a big deal until I couldn't sleep anymore because it was soo itchy and it has spread all over my body. It was really such a sight. *Shivers*
I had to see three different doctors. The prescriptions from the first two doctors did not alleviate the itch. It actually made it worse. Thank God, the third one gave me the correct medicines.
Having this itchy patch on my hands again now prompted me to look for a cure. I am taking anti histamin already. But I want to prevent something like this in the future (aside from avoiding food that triggers my allergy). Maybe some vitamins or supplements can help.
I wasn't like this before when I was younger. I mean, I don't remember having allergies. Seriously. But the older I get, the more allergic prone I become.
Anyway, I read somewhere that women need Vit. C, Iron supplements, Folic acid (especially for women wanting to get pregnant or are pregnant) and some other supplements which I forgot now.
This I know however, I will take glucosamine when I get a litte older. They're supplements widely used for osteoarthritis, particularly knee osteoarthritis. And best ones are the glucosamine at naturesbest.
I am soooo not looking forward to getting old. Hahahaha!!!!
Seriously though, I am not scared of getting old. Everyone will get old. There's no fighting it. But I want to be old and healthy. If you know what I mean.
