A friend told me I looked like I lost weight. I said yes. I have actually been steadily losing weight this month without that much of an effort.
We used to have a helper in the house. She went back to the Philippines about three weeks ago because her mother was very sick. She was needed back home.
So anyway, on top of mothering duties, my small jewelry business and online gigs, I do all the housework.
It's very difficult. It's physically exhausting and it tests my time management skills.
I wake up at 5am. Sometimes 4:30am. Then my day starts from there. There's laundry, ironing, cleaning the three floors of the house, cooking and then taking care of my son.
All of these, plus my daily 30 minute exercise (yes, I still try to fit in my daily 30minutes of toning exercise even in my busy sched), I guess have contributed to my weight loss. It's not much but I can see my cheekbones already. That's enough to make me happy.
I want to lose more weight in time for our Europe trip. I want to wear coats and look good on it. LOL!
