BMI and your health

I have read a lot about BMI or Body Mass Index. They say the higher your BMI score, the higher the possibility of suffering from illnesses.

The normal BMI for an adult ranges between 18.5 and 24.9. Below 18.5, you are considered underweight, above 24.9 you are considered overweight and 30 above you are considered obese.

I checked mine and the result is 20. Thankfully that's in the normal zone. I also checked hubby's and his score is 24.3. Yay! But I would like him to lower it down if he still can.
